Im so over the tension throughout my body the constant joint pains in my shoulders my shoulders/neck/chest/jaw/back being so tight off and on. The random stabbing pains from gerd and such in my chest. The doctors say its not my heart they think that my body has just gotten so irritated from stress and such that its just hurting. I had a chest xray done and they said everything looked normal and healthy I also had an EKG done and they said that looked good also. Just so annoying dealing with so much tension and pain. I know it doesn't help that I just sit around or lay around all day I use to be somewhat of an active person but I've majorly gone down hill and so out of shape. I don't take the Effexor that I was prescribed because of the horrible dizziness I was getting it was like a brain dizziness made me feel worse. I just want to be happy again and feel alive the brain fog is also horrible too some days

Apple cider vinegar that contains the mother helped my indigestion pain. All the stuff you probably don't want to hear but exercise and eating really healthy helps your aches and pains. Tumeric too.

Hot bath with Epsom salt.

Exercise. Your physical body needs to be used or you lose it. Unfortunately there is no magic pill. Doesn’t even need to be much to start… walk around the block.

As someone who has been living with gastritis for almost 3 years, I know exactly how you feel. I’ve had so many tests done (ecg, ct, chest X-ray) even wore an heart monitor and they all came back normal. GERD is the absolute worst thing to live. I can’t even remember how life was before this. I recently got diagnosed and while it has helped, my anxiety still hasn’t gotten better. The random pain is very frightening. I’m so accustomed to being tensed that when I force myself to relax it feels extremely weird. I’ve been on a diet for the last 2 weeks and I really think my health has been improving. Try cutting out fatty foods, red meat and junk food for more fruits and vegetables. No snacks or caffeine or carbohydrates. Camomile tea helps. Eat small portions every 2 hours, take your vitamins and you HAVE to exercise (good for health and anxiety). Good luck.

You are very young to even consider anything seriously wrong with your body....but consider some points carefully....chronic stress often “warns” the body first with bouts of niggling aches and pains...because the reserves get used up....especially magnesium, this is used by the main muscle groups to help relax...as you deplete this mineral your muscles become overly tense, ligaments then tighten at the connective points to bone...and joints then inflame....Try soaking daily in magnesium bath salts...just for a few days and notice how much more you are able to relax.....PPI’s....Sugary snacks all deplete magnesium....if this helps consider supplementing magnesium...the best ones...glycinate....threonate....taurate....as a man you should aim for 500 mg a day...

Brain fog can improve with omega 3...avoid omega 6...

so walnuts...fish oil....anything to increase nitric oxide making foods....time to take stock and turn your health around....

STAY away from sodas and drinks containing fructose...that includes energy drinks...good luck.

Oh yeah!.....and begin regular walking...no need to go to the gym....just 30 minutes a day...will make a huge difference to your overall health...start gently ...see positive results.
