Has anyone developed severe nausea and stomach pain after starting prozac (20mg) and klonopin (1mg)? I was given both at the same time hoping that klonopin would counteract any anxiety effect from prozac. Depression and anxiety have both gotten a lot worse along with severe agitation.

Prozac and Klonopin
I took klonopin and zoloft, which is very simila to prozac, together without any issues. You might not take them together at the same time but take one and then wait until later and take the other. Maybe also don't take them on an empty stomach.
He wants to stop Prozac Monday and try something like Sertraline or Zoloft. You seemed to have liked Zoloft, do you know from experience about Sertraline? How much Klonopin were you taking and how often? I took xanax and klonopin in the past and they seemed to help a lot but this time klonopin doesn't seem to be doing much.
Actually, zoloft didn't work for me and neither did prozac. i tired a bunch of different meds and klonopin was the only one that helped my anxiety. I wound up doing a psychopharmacological test that used my dna to determine which meds were best for me genetically. I started on one it recommended, Pristiq, and it has helped a lot. My test was from Genesight and paid for by insurance. I live in the States and don't know if it's available elsewhere but there are probably other brands available. I never really had digestive issues with any of my meds. You might also make sure your hormones, thyroid and adrenals are functioning properly, if not they can contribute to anxiety/depression. Hope you figure out what works for you.
The doctor got back to me the other day and switched Klonopin up to 2 mg and cut Prozac back to 10 mg. The nausea and Agitation isn't any better, and the nausea is worse. He put me on Zofran for nausea and left the others the way it is for now. He wants me to stop Prozac Monday because he didn't want to do it over the weekend. He wants to try something like Sertraline or Zoloft. I've been on dozens of different antidepressants but neither one of those before.
