Went home by foot after the presentation and found this buddy. It's a big city, seeing a squirrel is rare

I met a squirrel on the way back home ❤️🐿️
Wow she is huge! Seriously. Did she bark? Their attitudes are SO cute!
I've been getting a squirrel in my garden. It eats the peanuts I put out for the birds . I love to watch it hanging upside down on the feeder. So acrobatic. One day I put out a string of peanuts in their shells. It bit through the string and ran off with them 😂Sorry I don't have a photo of it to show you- I tried but couldn't get a clear one. It really brightens my day to see it 😁
For real. I love to watch them. And this one also stole some peanuts from the bird feeder. It's so great you have a squirrel in your garden!
Yes it is great. I love to go to the parks in London and see them. Here's a photo I took of one in St James's park. I was sitting on a bench and it came looking for food. I think it knew I had nuts in my bag😁
Woah, American squirrels are grey for real! Here they are Brown. As little i heard their colors vary. In my home city they're light Brown and here they're almost black and dark. So cutee
Haha, squirrels seem very funny to me. I love taking walks in my neighborhood or parks and just admire the wildlife and nature. I've stopped to say hello to a few squirrels but I end up backing away when they get too close. I always fear that they might bite and send me to the hospital so I end up just slowing walking away before I can take a picture lol.
I can understand your worry about them biting. I remember one climbed onto my friend's shoulder! They can be very fearless -looking into my bag to see if I have any food. I love to see the birds too. In London there are parakeets living wild. People feed them apples .
so cute, we have parakeets over here in Los Angeles but I really think its parakeets that were once pets or somehow accidentally got out of their cages.
This is such a fun post! I love knowing about wildlife around the world. That’s why this forum is so interesting. We get to know people who share our same problems in all diverse cultures.
We have mostly gray squirrels here in the northeast US. Some are black and a few are white! Although I’ve never seen a white one. We also have wild parrots and finches that were once pets. I have a good friend who takes in abandoned baby squirrels and rehabilitates them and then sets them free when they are ready. It’s a large undertaking but she loves the work.
I used to have a tame squirrel that was young and we fed him and when we went out into the backyard, he would climb up our legs! I was just a teenager at that time.
How Fun! We See Tiny Little Squirrels At The Park Here In Southern New Mexico, They Are Fast! I Guess They'd Have To Be, To Get Their Share Of Food Because We Also Have Ducks And What Looks Like Sea Gulls Here Too. We Are In The Desert, But Have A Man Made River And Dam That They Built Parks Running Along. I Think The Sea Gulls Stop Might By When They Migrate, But They Are Always Here, So They May Have Just Moved Here And Stayed Cause People Feed Them And They Stock The River With Fish For The Fishermen Here Too.
this is amazing My little brother is obsessed with squirrelsI showed him this, and he was like, "Where is he now? lol
Awww, so cute! Glad he liked it! I have a video of it but idk whether i can upload it
My friend calls me squirrel
