Unworthy....

That's what my intrusive thoughts do to me.....makes me feel like I'm unworthy to be around friends, family or even my coworkers. I wouldn't act on the thoughts but just knowing that they are in my mind and I can see picture myself (not literally) doing them makes me feel like a criminal and a person not deserving of love or compassion. Sometimes I feel I just need to be on a planet alone...that's the only way I know the people I love would be happy...

Hi Jrick, it's just me Agora. I somehow don't think you would ever be aloneon a Plant for people who feel unworthy. There's so many that do. If it were

possible, I think we could populate that planet in no time flat.

Intrusive thoughts can't be trusted. From my point of view, you are more than

worthy and deserving of love and compassion.

Happy Friday dear friend. May you kick those intrusive thoughts to the curb.

They don't deserve your energy. We care :) xx

Feel free to message me if you want to discuss those thoughts, sometimes its best to have a counter for some and helps to get rid of them!
