Real Talk: Relapsed lately? Feel like sh*t about it?

Not here to judge. I'm a recovering addict myself. Ran across this video a while back and it hlped me "forgive myself" and move on MORE EFFECTIVELY than ANY rehab facility I've ever been to. My name is Mike C, see my comments under the video for more helpful info.

Being familiar with addiction myself, I’m a recovering alcoholic, I was taught in order to stay sober, that I would have to learn to forgive myself and stay off the pity pot. Its an important part that’s taught in a twelve step program. I’ve been to rehabs and indeed the small amount of time I spent there wasn’t enough to teach me what I needed . My ongoing program did. And still does. ☺️
