Going for a walk for at least 30 min usually helps bring my mood up. Hope it helps.
Yesterday was one of the worst days I've had in years. I found myself sitting on my stoop just staring at nothing, only feeling pain and anger. I took a breath and remembered that the world was turning, and the breeze was blowing, and I briefly enjoyed visualizing my problems blowing away as easily as the wind. It was a little moment, but one that meant a lot, and did a lot of good for me and my perspective. Maybe it might help you a bit.
