Any one experiences brain fog and tiredness ?? Plz help

I had brain fog and tiredness my whole life, since I have had major depression since I was a child, before anti depressants and if my antidepressants were ready to be changed again, the brain fog and tiredness came back or remained. Depression ruins your brain. You are young, though so I think you will have better luck than me, since you have anti depressants now, and I think they are coming out with other ways to remedy depression.Good luck and have a good life.

Big problem for me. Exercise helps and have not found any meds that help.
