I have many challenges exacerbating my depression, anxiety and ADHD. I often feel drained and yuck 🤢. But I am going to wake up on Tuesday morning and dig deep into my soul and think of my father, aunt and grandparents who survived hell on earth in the Holocaust during WW II and went on to rebuild their lives. It might be a few baby steps and try hard as hell to climb out of this.
