I understand and can relate. Focus on other things, things that you enjoy. Things that make you happy, that give you energy. Have to change your thoughts (easier said then done), the more you do it, the better you will get at it. Everything takes practice, time and work. Spend some time with a trusted friend or family member. Pet a loving cat or dog. Get some sunshine. Go for a swim in a warm pool. Read scriptures and pray to Heavenly Father. He loves you and wants to hear from you.
