What happy things are you thinking of?

I think it’s so important to focus on present moment but also to look forward to or remember happy times.

I can’t wait to go to the lake...we will rent a cabin during summer.

I’m happy that my pets and family are well.

I like imagining my brother looking down at us, like an angel.

I’m having a hard time but I’m strong enough now to face the problems and get through them.

I'm thinking of trips with my husband. Past trips and upcoming trips. And the sun is shining. Oliver has been taking good care of me. Lots of love and purring. Molly is also by my side. I woke up early and have been sick. My coffee creamer was bad. So I will rest today. I have so much to do but tomorrow is a brand new day.
