Good Thought....

Most nights, before I try to go to sleep, I remember to thank God for all that I am grateful for. Usually, I say a condensed list, rather than people and pets by name. I am grateful for SO much, that sometimes I drift off before the end of that day's list. Beyond some people, and every one of my 15 pets, I am grateful for "small" things, like getting the first parking space at Walmart, french fries, and the ladybug that gently landed on me today to say "Hi".🐞😊

I have a book of Gratitude on my desk called "Learning to Dance in the Rain"..It has awaken me up to the fact that there are many things in our lives that we

can be grateful for. Each and every night as I climb into bed, I think about all

the things I accomplished throughout the day with no mishaps and I am thankful.

As I pull the warm blankets over me and adjust my comfy pillow, I am thankful for

having a warm bed and roof over my head.

Feeling gratitude gives us an inner feeling of peace and wellbeing.

Each one of us struggles each day with issues but instead of focusing on those

things, we need to turn our thoughts to a more positive ending of the day.

Sleep well my friend :) xx
