Haaaaa!.... that's funny... I'm in my mid to late sixties and can sooooo relate. Like going to another room to do or say something and being clueless when I get there as to what is was.

I hope you feel better to know, that’s not even an age thing. They did a study on the common phenomenon of losing your thought when going throw a doorway. So dont be too hard on yourself. Ive trained myself to repeat what is I need while going through a doorway that way the thought doesn’t float away

Great advice, thank you.... I probably should just hang a note pad and pencil around my neck... it's all good.... I just laugh mostly and tell myself it must not have been that important to remember anyway....

Oh... now that's even a challenge to stand up, it takes me a min. to get my knees working... who said the 'Golden Years' were supposed to be that wonderful twilight in our lives of rest and relaxation.... haaaa!... as a kid I hated taking naps.... now I live for one.
