Good article. I think one of the best and most important things that has helped me recover from anxiety is learning and practicing simple mindfulness. To me it means just sitting in a quiet area and mentally letting my thoughts flow in and out, sometimes counting them and sometimes not but just observing them. It's helped me realize that I am not my thoughts and they can just come and go. It's also helped me be more present in my life.
