Once upon a time there was a talking goat.

Her name was Mable and had no teeth.

Mable lived on a farm with lots of other animals .

One day when she was counting heads for the farmer, she noticed a calf was missing.

Mable was a very clever goat who thought she was a dog

She got a set of dental implants so now she smiles more. She set out to look for the calf.

She called out to the calf who’s name was joey, searching high and low

The search party went in to the village because Joey wasn’t on the farm.

Mabel hadn't been into the villiage before, she'd always lived on the farm, and she was nervous of all the people there, would they be shocked at a talking goat ?

She had to push through her fear of being different so Joey could be saved.

She started searching everywhere, talking to other goats. For hours she couldn’t find him. Where could Joey be????

Since the other goats couldn't help her find Joey, Mabel decided to take a chance and ask one of the villagers if they had seen Joey anywhere.

Mabel watched the villagers and found a friendly looking chap to ask. Her heart was pounding when she started to speak.

My dear sir,

Have you seen a calf yay wide and yay tall with one blue eye, the other brown. He has a beautiful smile and limps slightly to the left.

Even though Mabel thought she was a dog, she managed to speak, not bark. The kind looking chap replied……

I haven't seen the calf but I've never talked to a goat either.

Just as the chap said that to Mabel, she heard a noise coming from the alley.

It was a loud noise .. could that be joey maple was happy

It reminded Mabel of the dentist's drill....

She heard a quiet, but nervous voice say, I’m not Joey, but I know where he is……

He can be found in the fields down yonder. How far is it from here?

So it turned out that Joey had crossed the line.

Crossed over into the land of Poz. He looked strange to others wearing a wire hanger while they wore berets. Who are you Joey asked.

I’m Mabel, Why are you wearing a wire hanger on your head Mabel asked, to show me the way home to the farm said Joey, I want to go home

He clicked on his Air Jordan sneakers like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and then looked at himself up and down. Chuckling like a hyena, he said my Henry outfit is for a fashion gala that I will be attending later on. Care to join me and what shall you wear?"

Mabel thought for a minute. What should I wear?

Since Joey can’t talk as well as Mabel can(he’s just a calf after all), he smiled liked calves can and shrugged his shoulders . Mabel smiled and said……
