Maybe allergy meds make mental health worse?

Idk whether it's my usual stuff or the allergy meds. Out of anxiety we develop side illnesses. Like ibs and my allergy for me. I think antihistamins and cirticosteroids might actually be making me so tired, not all my head. Talked it with medical but it's the way for me to be able to breathe

I was using a nasal spray and I started noticing it made me more anxious. I stopped taking it. Same issue you have. It really helped my overall breathing.

prob a broncho dilatoraffects certain receptors but increases sympathtetic tone ie dry mouth and elevared heart rarte...adrenaline levels etc

Yeah, i have a nasal spray with allergy meds too and it makes my anxiety worse. Like Brig explained

I've noticed that some allergy meds make me tired so I take them at night before bedtime. They help me sleep better and i'm not as tired the next day from them.

You might also get your hormones, thyroid and adrenals checked to make sure they are functioning properly. If not, they can cause or contribute to anxiety/depression.

Yeah. I also take them at night but i keep on being sleepy the day. I really think it's because they mess up other hormones and this leads to worsening in anxiety and depression

standard doses gen adjusted per needed per desired affect

ur totally correct...never mix alchol with meds...same reason)

also be aware of stomach contents....many factors in actrual bioavalibity...consult dolphin
