I understand where you are coming from, anxiety can overwhelm you and can be very hard to control. For me personally, I think there is something chemical
that is sometimes beyond my ability to control. There are days when I just feel antsy and I can’t explain it. The doctors gave me meds but they made me drowsy and I didn’t function well. I have learned to deep breathe, drink Chamomile tea and I take Hyland’s calm when I really need it. It is a natural under the tongue supplement and it really does help me. Getting plenty of good sleep and eating right is sooooo important. Focusing on being thankful also helps.
