Not sure if anyone saw my last post but I’ve had to phone nhs 24 because my symptoms are worse I can’t keep food or water down and they want me to go to A and E I recently moved 200 miles away from my home town and I have no one to give me a lift or any family really. I don’t get paid until the 17th of this month. Is there any other transportation available to me? To get me up to the hospital does anyone know???

Call an ambulance. Also many doctors can consult you on line could you try that and ask for an urgent appt?
