My thing of being a mother and dealing with your own messed up mind is a whole lot of crazy mess!! Being a single mother and dealing with this gets overwhelmed and too much. I hope with getting help and learning how to deal with it can help me get my life together and being there for my kids.

Being a mother & dealing with Anxiety & Depression OMG
The job you are doing now, raising a child, maybe more than one, is the most important that anybody can do. In one day you do more good than any politician does in a lifetime.Your love for your child will give you the motivation and energy to keep going despite the difficulties of your high anxiety.
Somewhere along the line you have been subject to too much stress and now your nervous system has begun to complain. I hope that you find solutions to all your problems and have support and back-up from family and friends.
Can I remind you of the method that Claire Weekes advocated for recovery from anxiety and depletion:
Face. Accept. Float. Let time pass.
Six words that have helped untold thousands to regain their quiet mind.
Hi. This is Shnookie. So happy U reached out. Getting help is definitely positive. If I am correct U recently posted here. U R doing selfcare and R not only empowering yourself but also be a strong mom to your children. I’m here 4 U.
Hugs 🤗 S ❤️😎💪
As a man, I can have no honest understanding about being a mom, but I was raised in a brood. My mom and dad had fifteen children together, one at a time. Of us fifteen we currently have three cancer deaths, one car death, one suicide, eighteen divorces, and four drug addictions. Oddly enough only one college degree. Everyone thinks big families are always full of love. That is a myth. If I can offer any real advice at all it is this only, think before you act so that it be done with love. I have never heard of a crazed killer who was entirely loved into a corner. Love, true real love dictates everything.
Hi I’mNew here this post spoke to me. Nice to meet you. I’m too single mum with depression bad anxiety and homeschool a son with Sen. Emotional disregulation. Life is exhausting! 🥺
Just a 💭. That little exhausted breath we blow out at the end of every day is just the release valve on a machine that makes and stores love. Without that exhausted sigh we would "pop" like an overfilled tank. Keep getting exhausted, Mum. But the next time you power down, enjoy that pressure release. It is more than hot air. It proves that the day couldn't be done without you.
You are doing an awesome job, raising a child on your own! Try and get some time along, for yourself doing the things you love too. It is so easy to forget oneself during motherhood and one ends up resenting one's life. It doesn't have to be that way. Whatever help you can get, please try to get and then do something you like. Are there any support groups or coffee mornings or sports groups that you can join? It would be important to get to know other moms who also have kids (single mom or not) and share experiences so you know that you are not alone in this journey. I wish you all the best.
