Yep. Full time job with lots of overtime. The pay sucks and ones inner critic is the head of HR.

Hello mrdrummer51 , I never had PTSD but dealing with anxiety has been like a full time job for months, not so long ago: reading up on it, addressing it with a psychiatrist and a psychologist, medication, attending an anxiety self management workshop as well as support groups, keeping a journal, breathing exercises, meditation, exposure and trying not to be avoidant, acceptance, etc. Between feeling the symptoms and applying strategies to get better, it can feel like that is all there is to life. So yes, I can relate. The best for me has been ACT (Acceptance and commitment therapy). Dealing with PTSD on top of anxiety must be harrowing. I hope you are getting help. Also, I am in a position to tell you that it can get better. Hope you can get a break soon.
