This are getting wide in a bad way. Semester exams, headaches, panick attacks, social anxiety spiking up, awkwardness between relatives and parents, bad academic performance.... as a cherry on top, I noticed symptoms of stutter. I'm already socially anxious, so that might have paved way for it. I'm trying stay relaxed as possible,but things are going out if control.....

I get the stupid stutter too, most people end up getting bored and talk over me, I hate it! It’s all hell on earth. I know i have the same problems pretty much as you. 2 things have helped.1. Camomile tea with hot chocolate. Mixed all together because I can’t stand the taste of camomile. But it really works and you get a sense of calm.
2. Write a journal. I have mine on my iPad and password locked it so I can write whatever the hell I want and nobody can see it.
Hang in there, it’s horrible I know.
