I've written a post before about a scene in which I lost 500 rupees from my pocket and feeling Depressed and Increased anxiety. It's still remaining. I told friends and others about it and all I saw was they making fun of me and making me feel guilty. It's damn hard for 2 days. I'm afraid I might lose money again. I can't get these thoughts out of my head. The important thing is that I've semester exam tomorrow and I can't focus on my studies because of this incident😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Feeling guilty for a big mistake....
Is that a lot of money? Everyone loses things from time to time. People lose their entire wallets Once I found $80 cash in a PArking lot and no one was around at all! I picked it up. So maybe it will come around and you’ll win a bet or make a lil extra dough. If your friends are making fun and they know u feel bad then they aren’t too cool. Bottom line - it’s just money. You can’t take it with you. You will earn more and lose more. It’s just money. Good luck on your test!! 👍👍👍
500 rupees is £4.93 in pounds. Are you so poor that losing that amount is a big deal? Or is it just the fact you lost any money in the first place?

Couldn't find one. This incident still embarrasses and haunts me. It's been 3 days if mental torture😔😔
I'm sorry you're having ruminating thoughts about this. Everyone makes mistakes, everyone. There is nothing your worrying will do to change the situation. Can you just tell yourself to Let It Go. At least if you can't do that tell yourself that you won't think about it until tomorrow when you get through with your exam.
I've had many
similar situations myself.
It's really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things , it was an accident that's all. Forgive yourself, you're human. we make mistakes.
Write it down if it'll help get your feelings sorted out.
I know what that you're going through and I hope it gets better for you. Tonight.
