Online Therapy Questions

Hello again!

I'm looking into finding a new therapist, as I don't really feel like my previous one understood what I wanted out of our sessions and I don't feel like I was getting anywhere. I have an appointment with my GP at the end of this month and plan to discuss this with her, but in the meantime I've been looking into online options to see if they suit my needs at all. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with BetterHelp or Cerebral, as they're the 2 I'm currently looking at. If not, if you have any other online options you've used and liked I'm more than open to suggestions.

Sondermind is kind of a hybrid model but they are only in a few states. I used them.

Cerebral looks interesting though it looks like their med options are limited. Could be an issue if you don't get along with what they have. I have a huge deductible so the therapy part might be more reasonable option than Sondermind.
