Sorry to hear that today isn't your best of days. Please remind yourself to practice some self care techniques. If the ones that you use aren't useful, it could be time to try something else to freshen your mind. My most recent addition to my mental health tool box is taking online courses to help with starting my family history. This isn't everyone's cup of tea but learning something new is a good distraction.Regards from Oz 🦘
