In my personal experience, I have had at least weekends where I had symptoms I.e. sizzling feelings throughout my body, overactive bladder for 2 days in a row. Please take. a notice on your health If you are having anxiety it should get treated at an early stage. Otherwise, it will affect your mental health badly.
Definitely true over here in my world. Sometimes mine last 3-4 days straight with intensity ups and downs. Most of the long terms for me are headaches, un easiness, not being able to relax, nausea. Hope you can feel better soon. 🙏
Yes I've had a few weeks where I have had bad anxiety symptoms, stomack cramps, frequent urination, the squits etc. It's horrible.
