Hi it’s Shnookie. Welcome to this website I’m here 4!U. In my personal experience, I have had at least weekends where I had symptoms I.e. sizzling feelings throughout my body, overactive bladder for 2 days in a row. Fortunately, I was home and knew what was going on and laid down did deep breathing exercises, positive visualization among other things and rode it out. I felt

Most people's feelings of anxiety come and go, it only lasts a short time. Some anxiety periods are shorter than others, lasting anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. Here are some physical symptoms of anxiety present you can relate your symptoms with them to make a diagnosis for yourself.

Like, abdominal pain, nausea / digestive problems.

a headache.

insomnia or other sleep problems (frequent waking, for example)

weakness or fatigue.

rapid breathing or shortness of breath.

a fast heartbeat or a rising heart rate.

sweating.

trembling or shivering.

Please take. a notice on your health If you are having anxiety it should get treated at an early stage. Otherwise, it will affect your mental health badly.

Definitely true over here in my world. Sometimes mine last 3-4 days straight with intensity ups and downs. Most of the long terms for me are headaches, un easiness, not being able to relax, nausea. Hope you can feel better soon. 🙏
