You're not alone Sarah, I've just had a few days of awful anxiety. Can't think straight, can't relax... That alone will make you lose your mind even without anxiety! I think the only way any of us can handle this is by getting a grip on the anxiety and that only comes with practice.

Did you ever get the book?
