Long term fluoxetine use

Has anyone had good results with long term (years) of taking fluoxetine HCL 10 mgs, once a day ?

I’m not sure how long but I assume three weeks like with every SSRI.

I’ve been on fluox for several years (switched from sertraline after weight gain). Ive worked up to 40 gr daily the past few years. Toying with the idea of bumping to 50 ( I have OCD/anxiety), but think I need to focus more on the therapy side. but I’ve had no side effect type problems to speak of.

I've been on 60 mg (3 tabs a day) for about 5 years
