Hi. It’s Shnookie. It’s a brave thing to come to this web site. We R a supportive and caring group. This time of year can be a difficult one for many people. Do U have a therapist and R U on meds ? This might prove to be helpful. U can personally message me. Your life is precious. Try to do things that U enjoy such as listening to music U like and going for walks, meditation. I’m here 4 U

Hello . I am sorry you are having a hard time with your depression but glad you reached out . I am wondering if you are currently being treated for it by medication or therapy ? And/ or if there is anything you have tried previously.

I would suggest writing down you feeling it can be very helpful getting your thoughts down on paper .

Getting outside for some fresh air .

Any type of physical activity / exercise . Ideally something to get the heart rate up.

Doing something you enjoy / hobby , fun activity ,. Watching funny videos

Listen to music

Do something creative

Also I find this YouTube channel very helpful for depression and anxiety .

I am really sorry dear for what you are going through, it would be so great if you could see a therapist. And there is something my therapist before told me, when i get depressed I have to try to do the opposite that my mind tell me to do. If your mind tell you to sit, move. If it tells you to stay, go out. If it tells you to quit don’t ever do. It’s hard but just try to push yourself and I believe you gonna pass. We are here for you and you never alone in that.
