Shattered and Broken.

I’m really struggling. I know the bad people are laughing. I know they don’t care. Why would they? Why would anyone?

I really can’t do this anymore. Fight is tiring. I’m weak, torn and everything is just falling apart.

Dear Friend, "fighting" is tiring both mentally and physically so why do we fight??We think that fighting will get us to the point of relief but it doesn't. It only perpetuates

"fear begetting fear".

Have you heard of the book by Dr. Claire Weekes "Hope & Help for Your Nerves?"

It's about Acceptance of Anxiety and it's symptoms. Until we do that, anxiety will continue

to hang around and taunt us. We may think we aren't anxious but as long as we are fighting

the feelings, the adrenaline is in a constant free floating level of fear.

I hope through the years you have been here, you have learned that we all do care.

We care, because everyone of us has experienced the pain of fear. We know what that's

like and would never laugh at one of our members hurting.

Start using the forum more often for safe support. You are never alone with your thoughts

or your emotions if you reach out to us. Hope to see you soon I care xx

I know this is a lovely community and everyone so supportive.

To think strangers care and yet those in my life I see or related to don’t, to me is sad. Yet here, strangers who may never meet become friends and confidonts. Joining you on the journey.

It sure is and that Boulder is sure heavy and something you have to keep moving otherwise it will roll down instead of getting to the top.
