Weird pocket under eye

Hi guys! This is a question for my partner, my health anxiety isn’t just about me I also experience extreme stress when it’s someone else with an issue too. Today I noticed this small pocket under my partners eye. He said it’s not sore or bothering him and said he doesn’t want to go to the Gp 🙄🙄🙄!!! I’ll attach a picture below, does anyone have any idea what this could be???? He’s 29.

Hard saying without poking and prodding in person, but I second a dermatologist or an ophthalmologist. Technically a general practitioner should know and would be cheaper. Even if it’s not bothersome now, it could be later, so better to get it checked now and turn out to be nothing, than wait for it to potentially get worse. Could be as simple as some blocked pores, or serious enough to damage vision. I really can’t tell, but a professional could.
