Hello mon Ami C’est Shnookie. Hope U R OK. Thank U 4 your breathing exercisesHugs 🤗 S
Bonjour Shnookie! Comment ça va? C'est moi! C'est moi!
So good to hear from U. I’m hanging in here. A little sad. My dad’s birthday would have been New Years Eve and January 4th is the 6th anniversary of my mom’s passing from pancreatic cancer. I’ll try to keep fond memories of them close to my heart.
I’m here 4 U. Hugs 🤗 Shnookie
Ah, Shnookie. There's a lump in my throat, a tear in my eye. It's too much. The holidays are painful reminders of loss for too many of us. Yes, find your best, happiest memory, and hold it close.
Our little exchange en français brought this ditty to mind. Hope you enjoy.
Thank you Gerrerd, I always get confused with this one as there are so many variants! 4-7-8 is the one that sticks in my mind as I think the outbreath is meant to be longer than the inbreath? Anything goes I reckon as long as it slows breathing down as I tend to hyperventilate when stressed….
Gosh I'm suggestible. I just saw the link and yawned.
