We can make a difference

Behind every smile there is a frown. Behind every frown there is a story. Within that story there were times of sadness. We can change the pretend smile into a true smile. Life has it's ups and downs. We cannot change the bad things that have happened to us, but we can change the sadness we have within !.Rather than dwell and ponder on how it once was,its much easier if you can let go of the hurt of the past,as memories can often be distructive for our future,the past should stay in the past and not be allowed to surface IF it hinders our today. Lend a helping thought and prayer for those dealing with pain,be it mental or physical, because no one should have to face the world alone. We can make a change. All we need to do is have faith, and give compassion to those who are struggling to remove the shackles of the past, and thats not an easy task for many,but for me its been my salvation,the past is over and done with and has no relation to my life today. Everyone in this world has a story,but that story should not be allowed to cloud and ruin all of our tomorrows,just let it go,and live in the present tense.Every tear has a story,every smile has a story,and every kiss has a story...

Back in November we were in Weston and one of my friends had said to me how at the end of his life he felt that my father had got what he deserved for having abused me as a child and how life had paid him back for all the things he had taken away from me as a kid.

I said how Now I'm not bothered about that anymore and how thats done and gone now and can't be changed however what I can do is change Now and the future and my other friend said how thats the best attitude to take!

I was annoyed the other day though when I found out Im not invited to their Christmas party but it's their loss at the end of it all!

Tentatively we have put down lunch out on Christmas Eve and in reserve if that doesn't happen have something delivered.

oh gosh,horrendous what you must have gone through.But Snap,i cant believe i was;nt invited to go out with the skittle team that i belong to ,so b#@g%& them,as you say,their loss.x
