I just got diagnosed with Anemia.. I really feel like a zombie. My hb was on 8.4 and I got prescribed iron supplements.. It's really hard to cope with this problem I feel so out of my body.

Of course

Heyy,I have anemia too , and I know sometimes it's too much because you get tired a lot and you have to take so many medicines because of the deficiencies. But try not to think about them, I know it's easier said than done , but I have seen changes in me as soon as I stopped thinking about it and started eating healthy as much as I can with medicines.

Things will get better!! try to focus on eating good food that's it.😊 don't put so much pressure on yourself.

I'm literally tired the whole day I can't do anything... Not talking about the migraines.. It's really not so easy.. But I'm eating much healthier at the moment hoping to see great results in the next week.😊

I feel you. Just today I was out for 2 hours and I was so exhausted as soon as I got home I took a nap couldn't even eat my lunch. When I found out about Anemia I found out about my other conditions too and I was handed like 10 different medicines to take after every meal. I was so frustrated and angry and questioning like why me !!

I used loss weight without even doing anything! Everyone around me were like are you dying or what ?? ( Yes people asked me that to my face! )

I was even so concious about my food, that made my mental health terrible. At one point I was so fade up with all these , that decided not to worry about it too much and just be positive and made a diet plan to follow. Stop some medicines WITH THE HELP OF MY DR.

Now I try to eat healthy but don't pressure myself into anything , check my HB after every 6 months and continue the meds. Try to do some light exercise or walk for about 45 minutes.

For migraines you can try warm black coffee , my mom has bad migraine and she finds this very helpful.

Hi Vivi, Every so often, I see the devastation of low iron in my daughter. Her doctor then sends her for iron infusion. Within a week or so, the difference

is so noticeable. She feels alive once more and not just existing.

May you feel well soon. :) xx

Thank you so much.. I will be well.. Not an easy journey but I'll be fine

I had a course of iron tablets back in 2018 and was fine after I had finished the course.
