Allow yourself to be proud of the progress you’ve made especially the progress no one can see
This is hard for me sometimes because as soon as I accomplish I’m right on to the next thing to work on. Take time to pat yourself on the back.
Recently I’ve both fallen back and progressed just in different areas in life. I choose to be proud and compassionate toward myself.
Someone recently tried to squash me but I am able to acknowledge that this persons words are hers not a part of me. I am still moving forward. We can always no matter how many steps we take back, move forward. For yourself. Don’t worry about the others.
Love you guys 🥰

Hmmm struggling a bit but will be ok ... sooooooooo glad you had a good day! I’ll be ok just a lot to do I think remembering to do breathing techniques right now is really helping thanks awesome you for caring!
Though it's not always the case our accomplishments should be celebrated however big or small. Pat yourself on the back for your progress. Forward for yourself should be a slogan of it's own. Very motivational post.
Thank U so much for this post. Besides being bipolar, I have ADHD and have let my 1 bedroom apartment become cluttered.Today I threw away about 7 bags of trash to start my decluttering project. I made a little dent and will continue on from here. However my conscious mind is saying this is not enough. I’m hard on myself and this doesn’t help and I feel a little anxiety ridden from it. This is such an uncomfortable 😣 feeling. I need to go out this afternoon but I’m going to do some deep breathing exercises first. Thank U for letting me vent.
Thanks for venting. It’s good for you You did good today!!! I also got rid of about the same number of bags for my dad and mom. There’s more to do just like for you but we will get it finished. Try to relax the rest of the day if you can. I’m resting until my therapy soon then a dermatologist appointment later tonight. Blah 😑 I hope I hear good news I’m not in the mood where I can hear anything negative. I’m so sad. Btw good for you on the breathing exercises !!!!!!
Thank U for your good advice. I think I’ll take a drop of Klonopin to chill out. I don’t like having anxiety attacks. Haven’t had one like this in a long time. I’ll just relax do deep breathing and let it pass over me. Now I’m between jobs. If I was working, I probably would not be feeling this way.
