What to do when you feel lost?
Happy Birthday. I am also struggling to find purpose. I try to smile and be kind to others daily and then I feel hopeful that I affected someone else’s day positively.
I try not to panic. Healing helps meaning come. I'm an old gal so I'm running out of time. The meaning of life is an ongoing developmental task and it changes over time. Don't worry if you don't know today.
A lot of us with mental health issues suffer from low-self-esteem and low-self worth. There are a lot of good books and information about it. I particularly like the writings of Dr. Bernadette Sewell, she has a good program called the Break Free Program. I also like the tinybuddah.com website for lots of good articles about it.
