School Motivation

I am struggling the motivation to go back to college. I just want to know if anyone has any advice, or their own personal ways on how they stay motivated to do well in school? I do want a degree but when in the school system the pressure always makes me question is it worth it? When it comes to the sciences I am what my childhood teachers and mom always called an exceptionally smart kid. However my first college experiences made me feel like I was ok with working in retail. I had teachers accuse me of being privileged because I was white when I asked for an extension on an assignment because I had a concussion in a car accident. I was called the r word for having autism and even though I got everything perfect on my papers my teachers would give me 50% and tell me it was because they didn't like that I was a creative person. I had a much older male teacher make sexual advances and then fail me when I told him I already loved somebody my own age! I am planning on attending a new school in the United States instead of Canada and looked into this new school intensely to make sure it was perfect and it is in my dream state Colorado but I am still struggling to get motivated to actually turn in that application.
