My experience with CBT

CBT has helped me put into perspective more lot of things I already had knowledge of. The main take away for me is that I cannot control other peoples behavior but I can act accordingly to cause myself less stress and anxiety and hopefully prevent me from showing "unhealthy" anger.

Did anyone of you had taken CBT therapy

By the way if you don't know what CBT therapy is it is some of the best solution if mental health especially depression and anxiety
