Who (or what) is your favorite horror movie character?
Mine has got to be the Thing, from The Thing by John Carpenter. It's a perfect balance between psychological and physical horror. The creature itself takes on many forms and provides the horror through itself, rather than relying on suspense or unnecessary jump scares.

Annabelle although she scares the living daylights out of me . I like the story behind it and I also love how the doll is really creepy and you sort of sense that she’s watching you and you can’t sleep for a week after watching Annabelle
I have to agree with The Thing. The head rolling around on the floor. AAAH! But vampires are my thing. Salem’s Lot and all the characters put together. Exquisite.
The character that scared the pants off me was the little girl in The Exorcist when the demon took over. I slept with the lights on for weeks after that.
