I am not much of a reader it puts me to sleep. I listen to the voice in my head. That tells me to excercise even though I am tired and uncomfortable. It tells me afterwards I will be more calm and less anxiety and I will sleep better that night. Because lack of sleep is anxiety fuel. I listen to the audio book in my head that tells me to get out of my comfort zone and help people. Get out of my own head . Take a cold shower to get me out of my own head, and bring the calm that follows. Unless you have a cold or scratchy throat stay out of the cold.
I am a big Stephen King fan and 11.22.63 is in my top 3 of all his books. It is absolutely amazing. I have read all his stuff expect for the Dark Tower series which I don't get at all!
I love reading. It makes me calm and happy. I am currently reading "Scattered Minds" by Gabor Mate. But I am going to finish it soon. If you have any good suggestion, let me know 😁
