HELP! I HAVE A Major issue

Soo dont go out on my own sometimes with my dog in areas I know or around people I know but not when meeting new people ect but I am moving home, the council have already delayed a week because I couldn’t get anyone to come with me to be there when they needed to send work men but I also have exhaustion from a stroke so can o ly go out 3 days a week I don’t know what to do or if there are any services to support me possibly

Can the council or the NHS arrange a health aide or cater to visit? In my country, you can ask (well, push very hard) for a home health aid to visit if you have no one else at home while you recover.
