I feel so nervous
Bushbaby123, so many reasons we can feel extremely nervous and anxious.Sometimes it may be something as simple as what we had to drink or eat.
Most of the time it is a psychological issue coming from our brain telling us we
are in danger. There may be no rhyme or reason until we dig a little further into
our psyche.
Remember that our subconscious mind is continually playing back every thought
of the day 24/7. Our minds cannot tell the difference between negative and positive
thoughts. It's up to us to weed out the negativity by using methods of relaxation
and positive reinforcement meditation.
Breathing properly can help reduce the anxious moments. YouTube has some great
3-5 minute breathing techniques that can quiet down these anxious thoughts.
Using it before bed can help leave the mind in a better positive state allowing you to
wake up w/o as much fear in the morning. Meditation and breathing upon awakening
can have a positive impact on the quality of your day.
