I have started to feel better from my anxiety and depression, but I am nervous for it to come back. Does anyone else experience this? If so, how do you move past that fear?

I hope it helps you xx
Thanks for sharing. I have felt like that.
I can totally relate. I suffer from anxiety more. I always tell myself I’ll never be fully free of my anxiety but i will not feel the same way forever. You will always overcome
If it does come back try not to give yourself a super hard time over it.
I feel the same way often at times.
Staying present, one breath at a time keeps me out of fear of what may happen. I have had reoccuring episodes of major depression that kick my ass every way possible so it used to scare me too. Now i don't let it. Be here now. You can and will get there!
I am also going through that right now. We just have to fight through it. Never give up on yourself and keep your head up you are doing your best and thats all we can do
I'm going through this since June depression crept back in after the company I worked for closed the warehouse I worked in for 26yrs. Didn't even realize how bad I had gotten walking around all unemotional like a zombie I was miserable plus then the anxiety of interviews and new people. In my experience most times I can reconize it coming on and keep it in check but didn't this time. Didn't know and snap out of it till it was to late
Hi Ali500,
I always have a fear of what if my anxiety and depression come back. But once you overcome one thing, it doesn't affect you much if it comes back. And precisely this is what happened. I focused on myself, didn't even think about it, and proceed with my healthy routine.
