Update on meeting!

So guys, the meeting had to be reschedule for tomorrow at 4:00 because the app that the psychiatrist use for video chatting wasn't working on her end! I am kind of bummed about it but it's better than not seeing her at all. Thank you guys for all the good luck wishes though! I really do appreciate it! I guess I'll really update you guys tomorrow on how my appointment goes!

Good 4 U for being persistent. Good luck 👍 with your appointment. I’m on Medi CalMedi Caid in other states I’m lucky ☺️ if I can speak to my Shrink every 6 weeks for a 20 minute phone session

I make notes ahead of whether if it’s physical reactions to Med, ADHD and depression issues I’ve known bytherapist for five and a years thank goodness I don’t need to give her my history again

Well, I’m proud at how far you’ve come! And the note-taking thing is a great idea! Do you ever see your therapist in person?

We don’t have Zoom meetings. Haven’t seen my shrink in person since late 2019 - early 2020. I’m on Medi Cal - Medi Caid in other states.

It’s become harder to have appointments since the start of the pandemic.
