I had to share some progress and positivity because, I feel so hopeless at times.

Today, I opened the curtains and the window. I can't begin to tell you how hard it was. I just don't do it anymore.

But today, I did. 🏆 And, the cat benefitted which is a huge plus! (That's now her favorite blankie)

That's my progress report for today. With hope, I will do it again tomorrow.

Hi Swilly97, I agree with gajh in that opening your curtains and windows is a hugh deal.

Who better to understand then those of us who have windows sealed shut from never

being opened. I open my mini blinds in the day but only after having them covered

with blankets during the evening and morning in my tv room. The light interferes

with seeing the tv screen. In all reality, I think this is a part of the leftover Agoraphobia,

Good for you Silly. Darkness is so debilitating. It becomes hopeless. A little light even in increments will help you going forward. I know how hard it is. You're heading in the right direction. Look at your kitty, she really enjoys it too. So you're both heading in the right direction. Keep up the good work 👍😺🙂
