I had to share some progress and positivity because, I feel so hopeless at times.
Today, I opened the curtains and the window. I can't begin to tell you how hard it was. I just don't do it anymore.
But today, I did. 🏆 And, the cat benefitted which is a huge plus! (That's now her favorite blankie)

That's my progress report for today. With hope, I will do it again tomorrow.

Hi Swilly97, I agree with gajh in that opening your curtains and windows is a hugh deal.
Who better to understand then those of us who have windows sealed shut from never
being opened. I open my mini blinds in the day but only after having them covered
with blankets during the evening and morning in my tv room. The light interferes
with seeing the tv screen. In all reality, I think this is a part of the leftover Agoraphobia,

Hi swilly and Agora I'm sorry you have been through this and some left overs, swilly our cats so need that sun light coming in so do we winters hard without the sunlight are brains need it I have a luma light in winter I want to hyberate I'm already feeling the effects I never got any exercise yesterday that didn't help I will get some today to keep the seretonin up, seasonal associated disorder is helped by the sun light or Luna light, well done for opening them curtains, if we copy our cats we won't go wrong they know the best places, although I lost mine the other day he'd gone in the kitchen unit I once lost him in the freezer nearly as he jumped in I shut the door then saw him haha sending hugs from us hope you get some sunlight today and such a beautiful photo of your baby🧡😹✨🤗🤗🦋🐾

Hello again I popped my heavenly daughter cat on for swilly like hers and some flowers for arymretep birthday today just below somewhere had trouble downloading there's 2 bunches you and swilly can have the other one lol I saw them in my supermarket and took the photo arymretep loves roses she has some that her dad grew he dies many years ago the roses are far too old we think he's helping them live on 🤗🌈xx

Good for you Silly. Darkness is so debilitating. It becomes hopeless. A little light even in increments will help you going forward. I know how hard it is. You're heading in the right direction.
