Hi! I'm new here, I increased my dose of depression meds...,why do we go through this? I cope by listening to music or doing art I also watch YouTube

I'm glad you have ways to cope. For many reasons we got here. It's how we work to get better control of our lives that matters.

It's not unusual to have Med changes. I hope the increase dose helps you.

Im soon to increase mine, never wanted to go back on them at all. But needs must, hoping to feel better so i can move forward. I watch films at the cinema, you can forget yourself in there. It is like therapy a break which often sleep can not do. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.

Welcome. I know in my case it's caused by childhood trauma that I've worked through and worked through but the Depression/Anxiety still pops up.
