I have a tiny lump on the back of my lip. My anxiety is sky high again. I wish I could change the way I worry. I'm terrified it's cancer. I try to tell myself to stop panicking. . My appointment with the doctor is next week..I'm sure many of you on this site is similar. Sorry for being so negative . I had to tell someone.

Try not to worry until you see the doctor. I get cysts/lumps underneath my arms & there’s not a lot I can do apart from try & keep the area clean. I don’t use a spray that contains aluminium.

Thank you Weelon

Is it a canker sore? I sometimes get a tiny little bump and I just pop it using a tissue then I clean it with peroxide and use alcohol based mouthwash a lot and all is good in a day or two. Just google it and see.

Go to the Doctor, don't put it off, because it's probably nothing sinister. Once you get the all clear, you can stop panicking about it.

Cheers, Midori

Our health is a top priority in all people’s lives. People get scared when they are not feeling good or find things on their body . Go out for a long hike, jog or walk. Do some you tube aerobics, get your heart and lungs pumping. If your a brave person start taking 5 minute pure cold shower daily. Google the cold shower part , after 2 weeks you will crave it. It has incredible calming effects
