The part about people noticing less than we think they do is so true. We judge ourself based on what's going on with us. But most people are so about themselves they aren't even paying attention to us when our heads think they are.

The over generalizing is another one that sticks out for me. I do a therapy called IFS. In IFS they teach we are not " one thing" We have many parts that make up who are are. Someone may not agree with one part, that does not mean they don't care about the rest of our parts.
