I'm so tired. I haven't fallen asleep before 4am in close to 2 weeks. I'm stuck in a class until 8:30pm. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to stay awake. What are subtle ways to keep me awake? Need answers ASAP! Fading fast!

Sorry to hear that! Coffee and staying a bit on the cold side helps me, also remaining in a well-lit environment. So iced coffee, and see if you can get the prof to keep the lights on, maybe!

You need to rest. Everything else is just harmful to your body. Why do you stay awake for that long if i may ask?..

It's not a choice that I make. Either my anxiety is so bad that I physically can't sleep, I have a paranoia attack and I can't sleep, or the voices in my head are too loud that I can't sleep.

I see. I am sorry...it's tough. I know one thing, if you can get at least few hours of sleep before 1am is better than 4h after. Maybe you can take meds few times a week also, so you can rest.

Going out on a limb here, so to speak. College students (Regardless of health.) have always pulled “All Nighters”. I think it’s part of their DNA. You never said why you can’t sleep or are sleep deprived.!Liz coming from something you can’t control, like loud music next door. If it’s a medical issue AND your physician is aware of it, if you read the comments I think you’d fine some interestingpossible solutions’. When I can’t sleep (Which is most of the time.) I clean, or brush my dog. - mindless things. Just anything that requires little use of the brain. Kinda what you ‘re doing now! 😌
