I have been battling anxiety and depression for years and sought my first treatment back in 2018. I beat it with the help of medication and coping. I know am lost and clinically depressed. I am trying not to fall off the edge but I am nearing it. What are some insurance covered online therapists that you have used? My biggest problem is not knowing the associated costs.
