Only 12:30 and I am exhausted

I woke up this morning feeling pretty good and planning to keep busy. But I started by running errands and the heat and humidity drained my energy. Just got home and I actually feel sick. Pounding head, upset stomach and I am drinking electrolyte water now. Hoping this will pass soon.

Hi Mrspjs xThis heat has been playing on number on many. It's just been too many days in a row.

You are doing the right thing in hydrating. Maybe you can find some quiet sit down

chores in the house that you can do when feeling up to it.

Right now, Hydrate is the word. Feel better soon :) xx

Thank you. There is still a lot of the day left so I'm hopeful.

This head has been intense! I hope you feel better once you are hydrated.
