Anxiety and disconnection at night?

After a long period of feeling fine, tonight I feel disconnected like my body Is numb, and my breathing ain't great, hate this panicky feeling, any tips to move from this feeling?

I feel the saw way too. Nothing has helped me. Being isolated does not help. I know when I am around caring people, that helps a little.

Yeah I dont have many friends or people around me so it's hard I always feel lonely
